Interview and perform technical evaluation for candidates in variety of different skill set such as Microsoft Platform including (VB, .NET, SQL Server) for Sun Technology (Java J2EE, Weblogic) ERP (Peoplesoft and SAP), System Engineering (Microsoft Exchange /Active Directory/SSCM), Moblie Developers (Andriod/IOS) etc. Maintain Recruitment Metrics. Develop effective relationships with placement agencies, colleges, technical schools and job fairs. Develop and implement processes and programs to streamline the recruitment process. Successfully build scalable recruiting programs and process.Bachelor or equivalent in Human Resources with technical background.
• Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; • Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems • Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation. • Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support. • Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements. • Meets financial requirements by submitting information for budgets; monitoring expenses. • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; Network Administrator Skills and Qualifications: Network Performance Tuning, LAN Knowledge, Network Design and Implementation, Problem Solving, Strategic Planning, Multi-tasking, Quality Focus, Coordination, Technical Understanding, Quick Study, Technical ZeaThIs position requires Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Create and implement detailed and well-structured test plans and end-to-endcustomer experience test cases for initial product launch • Identify test requirements and run manual test scripts; may include stress testing, performance testing, functionality testing and scalability testing. • Communicate test results, identify issues and submit bug reports in timely fashion, collaborating directly with developers and product managers. • Perform regression testing once bugs are resolved. • Serve as liaison with remote tech platform solutions provider based in NY and partner with QA counterparts at technology partner locations • Lead and manage team of QA engineers. • Identify and track QA metrics and KPls • Experience with QA support and debugging tools such as Charles, Android Debug Bridge etc. • Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools such as JIRA • Working knowledge of latest technologies on OTT platform; experience programming for web, iOS or Android a plusThis position requires Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
